This nationally recognised course is delivered by NSTA Sydney™ and is suitable for anyone needing to meet workplace first aid requirements or simply wanting to be better prepared for everyday incidents. You’ll learn essential skills including CPR, how to manage bleeding and burns, respond to asthma and anaphylaxis, and place someone in the recovery position.
Training is based on the most current guidelines from the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other leading clinical bodies. Whether you’re new to first aid or renewing your certification, this course offers a practical, hands-on approach that builds confidence and real-world readiness.

Online theory must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled class (non-completion may result in cancellation and forfeiture)
Learners will receive access to the online theory portal upon booking and payment (check your confirmation email or contact us if not received)
You’ll complete a multiple-choice theory test and practical assessments as part of your qualification
Practical components may be completed in groups, pairs or individually, and include tasks such as CPR, recovery positions, and applying bandages
You must demonstrate CPR on the floor using adult, child, and infant manikins to be marked competent
